How do I reset the Tire Pressure light on my kia Optima 2007

I also have tpms sensor issues on a 07 optima. They are kind finicky, a variance of more than like 2lbs or so across tiers sets the light. It's possible the sensors have low batteries, unfortunately the only way to gain access to the sensors is to take the tiers off the wheel, and even then, I think the electronics are sealed in the sensor unit.

I just keep an eye on my tire pressure and ignore the warning light. All my cars before this one didn't have that feature, so it's no big loss, for me anyways...

My toyota sienna tyre light is displaying on dashboard

If you have a tire pressure monitoring system one of the sensors in your tires could be going bad or you have low tire pressure in one of your tires u would start there first

What does the ! on the dash indicate?

Hello. Welcome to FixYa. Please allow us to assist you.

The ( ! ) icon is your Low TIre Pressure warning indicator

This indicates that you have a tire (or tires) that are not at the recommended inflation pressure.

All you have to do is get the tire pressures adjusted to the factory specs, which are printed inside the driver side door opening area

Thanks for choosing FixYa for assistance.

2000 Sienna exclamation light on dash

That usually means that one or more of your tires has dropped below the level of air pressure that the manufacturer recommends. It is basically a low pressure warning light. This way you will know to find a place to check your tire pressures. Look on your tires sidewall and you will find a cold psi rating and a hot or warm psi rating. The tire pressures need to stay within those parameters in order for the light to not come on. As the tire warms from motion the air inside begins to expand and will read a higher pressure than if the tire is cold. Check your pressures and if any of the tires have a low pressure (below 30 psi) it should be inspected...........Or you may be leaving your emergency brake on. Pull up then push down to release a hand break lever and push all the way down and pull hard on the release lever for a foot brake. Another possibility is the car needs brake pads soon.

Dashboard warning lights.

The warning light that looks like a pot or kettle with arrows is the "Low tire pressure warning light*" I found the answer on the Toyota web site by registering, logging in, entering my model and searching the owners manuals for warning lights.
