Hello I left my lights on last night and my battery went dead and i tried to jump it this worning but it wouldnt start. The lights and alarm would go off since i have keyless entry but it wont even try and crank. I took my battery up to autozone and they said it was fully charged. I have a 2005 hyundai sonata 4 cl

your battery is so dead and or shorted it won't allow enough current to keep the truck running it could be a wire ground or positive not allowing enough current take the battery back to the place of purchase and have it tested it should be under warranty.I wouldn't try to start it by jumping it anymore try a fresh hot battery I think it will fix it
It is best to "trickle charge" a low/dead car battery using the lowest setting. The "jump start" function will probably not have enough juice to start your car by itself. Refer to the manual of your charger for safety precautions.
This is a long shot: disconnect the Postive terminal on the battery. OPEN the drivers door, LEAVE IT OPEN and connect the battery. try to start the car. On some alarms the system will reset this way.
Try locking and unlocking the drivers door using the key. Usually that will re-set the security system. Also try the rear hatch lock as sometimes that is used instead of driver door.
