My 2003 dodge 2500 has air condition issues.at idle it blows cold air as long as it sitting still.as soon as I start down the road and drive a few miles the air stops blowing cold.HELP

On a vehicle 11 years old, I would say
put gauges on it & then leak test it.
Most likely has a leak & is low on refrigerant
& when you move ,you put too many BTU's across
the evaporator from the cabin & it is not at 40 degress
to remove the heat

My dodge heat is hot when I'm driving but when I Come to a stop the air blows almost cold air

CHECK FOR LOW COOLANT LEVEL IN THE RADIATOR.LOW COOLANT LEVEL WILL CAUSE POOR HEATING PROBLEMS.

2002 Dodge Ram 1500 - The heater blows cold air when it sits at idle but blows warm air when it is being driven down the road. A/C does the opposite, doesn't blow cold air when diling, but I figured this...

the heater blowing cold at an Idle and warm while driving it,is usually low coolant in the radiator, remove the radiator cap when engine is cold, fill to the top,and fill overflow tank to full,if that doesn't take care of it,check the heater hoses at an idle and see if they are both the same temp,it might be a water pump not doing its job.
