Toyota corolla 2007 will not roll over, but just clicks

clicking means the battery terminals need cleaning. This happens especially after the engine is warm.
Disconnect the battery cables and clean the cable clamps.
Clean the battery posts. After you re-connect the cables it should start without a boost.

Also, the negative cable may be loose, corroded, damaged, or otherwise not making a good connection where it connects to engine ground. (maybe replace negative cable).

Your starter need new contacts for the solenoid. Most garages will sell you a new starter. Find a Alternator/Starter shop that can replace them for you. its a lot cheaper than a new stater.
