The coils are fired by the ECM, check all the wires to the ECM from the coils and make sure the signal is getting through and you don't have a wiring issue at the engine firewall connector on the driver side firewall.
If the van was running before you changed the wires, I don't see how it is not firing the plugs now unless you got the wrong wires and they are not making contact with the coil towers and the plugs. If there is no spark on any of the wires, something happened to the coil pack or the crank/cam sensors. Or a fuse or relay for the coil pack. I would probably try an old plug wire to make sure, then check the coil for voltage.
Check the crank shaft postioning sensor. If you are getting power to the coil pack and there is no power coming out of the coil pack the coil pack might be bad or have corrioson between the coil pack and the mount. Thanks
1. Get an INSULATED wire and hook it to a ground on the car. 2. Get some one to help you 3. pull a spark plug wire off the coil 4. hold grounded wire close to, but not touching, the part where the spark plug wire connects 5. keep hands away from coil and have your helper turn the engine over ( start car and turn off) 6. if there was a spark between the wire and the coil pack it is good. if not, the coil pack needs replaced 7. replace the spark plug wire 8. test the rest
change the control modul. that control voltage to the coils. it sound like it not bleeding off fast enough the control modul is under the coils. befoe changing any part remove ground off battery. befor change any coils u could of swop to see if this is still not firing
