Heater and a/c fan doesnt turn on

sounds like a faulty sensor

u more then likely have a bad blower motor resistor

Check the wiring to the motor and resistor pack For the motor to run at full speed all the time indicates that there is uncontrolled voltage to it which means that there is a earth after the motor before the resistor. For the resistor to burn out .Well it requires fan air flow to keep it cool and with the ignition off it must still be getting current to it to earth. I am suspecting a faulty automatic control module. I suggest you have it check out for failure.

Does the engines electric cooling fan turn on when it gets hot? Does it cool off if you turn the AC on?

Check fan relay.Turn heater and fan on turn ignition to on position then pull up on fan relay if does'nt click replace relay.

1-4 speed are the blower motor resister . It controls all 1-4 speeds, also it's under the passanger side dash around fan, the 5th speed runs off a fuse the is located in the fuse box. It's one of those square fuses , not the relays but fuses. The resister will run $15 and fuse $5 . Good luck. I have replace these before

Have your boyfriend check to make sure there is enough pressure using the refill kit you got. If your kit does not have a pressure guage, get one that does. Your A/C compressor will not kick in if the pressure it too low. If the pressure is good, then it could be a number of things.

1. Low pressure sensor (need professional to replace)
2. Bad A/C relay (located in fuse box in engine compartment. Can be swapped with another relay in the box to test)
3. Bad A/C diode (located near A/C relay, need multimeter to test, of you can just replace)
4. Bad A/C compressor (apply 12 volts directly to the device to see if it engages, if not, it's bad and needs professional to replace)

With A/C, there are so many variables, but this is a good start.

ya its probly the blower motor.but can be the switch. you can check if ther is power at the motor with wire tester. test at the blower motor with switch in diff positions 2 see if it gets brighter as you turn the fan up.and if the lighter doesnt work its probly the liter. or maybe the wire came off the back of the element,

lubricate the shaft. if no improvement, the motor is defective.

sounds like low fuel pressure have it ckecked
