Can I use Mobil Delvac super 15w - 40 oil in a 1.3 petrol engine?

It is the wrong oil. Too thin when cold.

The numbers refer to the weight and thickness, or viscosity, of the oil. Motor oil gets thicker when it's cold and thinner when it heats up. The first number indicates the viscosity of the oil at a cold temperature, and the second number indicates the viscosity at operating temperatures.

I've used Mobil 1 5w-30 synthetic in customer cars. You can use conventional oil with the same wieght.
