Here is a link to a step by step instructions on how to change the gearbox oil. If you don't want to change it, go to the refill portion of the instructions.
Fill it until the gear oil starts to run out of the fill hole.

How do i change transmission fluild an filter

Hi J, Clean the whole area around the drain plug and oil pan. Drain the fluid from the drain plug at the lowest point of the gearbox oil pan. When drained into the required receptacle, remove all bolts around the oil pan and drop it. The oil filter is located inside and held in place by fixing bolts. Remove those and replace the filter. This job requires the utmost cleanliness, and no contamination should be allowed to get inside the gearbox. Refit oil pan using a new gasket and refill gearbox to required level. Always check the gearbox level with the engine running, the selector in neutral and the park brake fully engaged. Regards John

1990 toyota pickup is running hot and when i shut

Try with the small stuff first. Replace the thermostat. Before you do that, you should flush and refill your system with just water after the flush process. The bottle of solution that you put into your radiator to flush it and clean it has instructions, follow those. Then let the car cool down and drain the system and refill it with fresh water only. Run this water for a bit and then do it once more. Once cooled back down , replace thermostat and replace the 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water.
Check engine oil level as well, low oil will overheat engines quickly.

New clutch it's already install but still shift noising

Make sure there is enough transmission oil in the gearbox, without oil the synchro's cannot work so gearchanges will be slow and cumbersome. If filling the gearbox oil dosent help maybe you have gearbox damage - have the gearbox checked out.

Gearbox oil

On the side of the trans. you'll find 2 bolts that have 1/2" drive holes in them. A 1/2" drive ratchet head will fit in. On the upper bolt, you'll remove it and this is the hole that the oil will go into. Use a pump that screws to the top of the oil container which is available at any parts store. Pump the oil into trans. until it comes out of the bottom of the hole. Screw the plug back in and tighten.
