Your problem could be Battery only has 10 volts and you need 12 volts,,, 2nd you might have a siezed engine or the wrong gearing on new starter motor
If you jump start with another car connect the jumper leads Red to feed on both cars and then earth cables if still wont turn over ,,,take starter motor out
and you will see the starter ring ,put a big screwdriver in and see if it will turn if no ,,, engine no good (sorry)
