You don't say what size engine you have but it sounds like the timing belt has stripped a few cogs(4 cyl) or the timing chain has jumped(V6). Either way is not good. If that's what has happened, continuing to turn it over will probably damage the valves/head if it hasn't already. The 'whining' sound is more than likely the sound of no compression. Valves staying open all the time because of the broken/damaged belt or chain. You will most likely need a mechanis/repair shop.
actually your signal bulbs on both sides need new ones ..it happens ..easy fix ...when replacing if you take the light gaskets off make sure you put them back in properly or your lights will fill up with rain water
This is not a reset problem but rather a bad key or sensor, try a spare key and see if the truck will start, most times it is due to a bad chip in the key or the key reader is bad, so try another key first.
Try another starter and also try turning the crank bolt with a ratchet and socket to make sure that the crank isn't frozen in place. Do not leave the keys in the car when doing so. You don't want anyone messing around in the truck when trying that!
could be the crankshaft sensor causing the timing to be off if it has a coilpack type distributor or if it has a gear driven distributor then it could be either the distributor itself or possibly just cap and rotor
Check and clean your battery cables. Then, trace the wires from your battery to your starter. Make sure they are clean and secure. I believe this will fix your problem. If not, you may have a starter solenoid starting to fail.
U have lost the battery, check the cables, if they are clean (no corrsion) replace the battery, modern sealed batteries fail like this, crank fine and then puff nothing, happened to at least 5 times over the years and saw it all the time at work.
DID YOU HAVE YOUR SPARK PLUGS WIRES REPLACED AS PART OF THE :TUNE-UP"?
