You might have a wire from the engine control circuit that has rubbed through on the engine block somewhere. Do a visual inspection of the engine wiring, and look closely for any damaged insulation. I have seen a problem like this before. Good Luck!

94 grand caravan keeps blowing #15 engine system fuse

Fuse #15 powers the safety shut down relay in the power distribution center and the transmission control module. Remove the Safety shutdown relay and see if the fuse stops blowing. If it does, then disoconnect the connector to the trans control module. If it still blows, you've got a short in the PDC or wiring harness.

check all the fuses before you do anything else. After all a fuse provides power to the electronic box that controls the transmission. Other than that I would not advice on a more complicated troubleshooting since there is no way for you to test a bad transmission computer, even mechanic shops don't know how to test them. The only thing they would do is slap a known good one and see what happens.

We just put new gaskets on our 94 jeep grand cherokee laredo was runing great now something keeps blowing the eng control fuse help!!!

first place I'd look is around the perimeter of the heads (I assume you mean head gaskets?) Make sure you haven't inadvertently gotten a wire pinched in between the head & block somewhere.

If it is the fuse for major engine control electronics that is blowing (PCM, etc.) as soon after energizing, try disconnecting the O2 sensors. The 12V heater in the sensor could be shorting to ground.
