Car runs fine on lowish fuel, after filling up car runs lumpy
and won''t tick over. Above 2000 rpm car runs fine, but when fuel gets below three quarters full problem ceases.

Antifreeze? Hello, not good...Antifreeze is not substitute for fuel - might get it diluted enough if you completely fill tank. Or did you use 'Heat' water removal gas additive? See this post on Yahoo: How do you eliminate water in your gas tank Yahoo Answers
If gauge still shows empty and light is on then inside tank there is a arm thats prob just stuck remove lower rear seat and will see entry to tank gauge has about 3 to 4 screws open and check if arm is down or floating .
2001 Hyundai Accent 1.6L MFI DOHC 4cylthe Fuel Filter is located under vehicle, center, below cargo area, mountedon top of fuel tank, in fuel pump module.
Two things here.Its either theres a bad ground from the tank to the frame or the fuel sending unit in the tank is not working properly...Give all the ground wires from the fuel pump harness up to the motor..Make sure not corroded.If all the wires are good than its the fuel sender in the tank..Hope this helps you find your problem and have a great day...
