are you touching the bulbs with your fingers? the oil from your hands can/will cause the bulb to blow. its unlikely this is your total problem but something to keep in mind wear latex gloves
on that year i did not find one either when i rsearched it . so i"am going to say that headlight switch and relay all in one . . but if you have a enigine type fuse box check it anyway or goto headlight swtich and follow the wiring down a bit and see if there is anything connected to it .
You have a bad mutifunction switch or headlight switch is going bad and is over heating then cooling off comming back on Have a mechanic check it cause there are other things that can cause this. Since it's not blowing a fuse at this time I would say the head light switch is bad.
