92' Honda prelude doesn't start

Hi,

i have a pb with my 92' Honda Prelude, from time to time it doesn't start, most of the time unpluging/repluging the ignition wires do the trick sometime there's nothing i can do but wait one hour, and after this it's starting normally.
actually i've got the feeling that the engine starts and immediately stops.
i already replaced the ignition wires, but it didn't solve the pb.
thanks for your help

absolutely not, this have nothing to do with the weather, could be hot could cold could be wet...
i already thought about that before, dead end.
i'm still working on it :)

does this happen only in hot weather or when the interior is hot?

Change ignition module in distributor. If it is actually starting and stopping right away, and the fuel filter is good, it will be the MAF. Mass air flow sensor. But if it was that it probably wouldn't start even after an hour. Sounds more like the module. You can change the whole distributor if that's easier for you. If it was me, i'd get one from a wrecker.

1990 Honda Prelude won't start after I stop or konks out during

Sounds like it could be a Main Relay (with controls the fuel pump & others). Look it up - on the '92 models its under the dash near the steering column.

Timing belt is hard to find

you should be able to call the honda dealer and give them the VIN# to the car and they should be able to pull it up for you.
