1998 Ford Crown Victoria. What is the 'High Current Relay center' on it called?
Need a new relay center after it got melted from a loose relay connection. For the love of God I can't find one anywhere online. Is there a different name for it? It's where the starter Relay plugs in.
Testimonial: "Thanks broski. I just rigged up two relay connectors and spliced them back into the existing wires. I’ll definitely use that site next go around though."

There are two reasons I can think of why the headlamp connector is melting. Clearly it is getting too hot. The materials used should be able to withstand the heat from a standard headlamp bulb.
Either too much current is flowing due to the incorrect wattage of bulb being fitted or perhaps the bulb is defective in some way.
Perhaps the connection isn't very good. If the connection between the wire and the terminal or the terminal and the bulb is dirty or loose it will provide an electrical resistance and when lots of current flows it will generate heat. If the connection is loose or a spring-loaded construction designed to be easily fitted or removed and is subject to vibration or sometimes temperature changes, there can be a small amount of arcing which also generates heat.
For 99 model year, in under hood fuse box.
Number 3 says relay in the picture
#17 says circuit breaker
#13 says, high speed
I found this info in your owners manual.
Do you have an owners manual? Your manual should give the fuse box ID. Should be in underhood power distribution center. Click on the link, number 2 at the bottom. You can go to fordparts.com click on the pro link, then tech resources. In the left column click on proper link for owners manual.
