I suspect that your left front door disarm switch is either bad or there is a problem with the wiring. Here is a wiring diagram for your antitheft system:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QEZ0U3oF6aRH4lJ2Jj25a-KnBuw4Db5B/view?usp=sharing
When you unlock the door with the key, that dark green/white wire should be pulled down to ground. You should have some voltage on the dk grn/wht wire and when you turn the key in the lock cylinder, that voltage should go away and you should see ground.

Try new Key FOB battery or the 2nd fob that came with car new
fobs that old have no battery good that told. ever.
the free user guide covers how to do that, located in glove box.

a low battery can cause, secure codes to open the door to be
corrupted, and thinks someone is trying to hack the car.
batteries are first. more are coin cell even sold at wal-mart no kidding.

Lights flash when battery cables are connected

Disconnecting and reconnecting the battery cables sets up the security alarm system which is part of the flashing lights. To stop the flashing, insert your key into the drivers side door lock and and turn to the unlock position. This will also stop any unwanted security alarms.

My jeep alarm wont stop going off even it is a 1995 jeep wrangler

allright, thank you for consulting fixya.com. try to reset your computer in car by disconnecting the positive cable on the battery for 10mins. but make sure your vehicle has not been vandalized 1st. inspect the key switch please. if all good there, look at your radio system, if all good there, reset the sysytem by disconnecting the pos. side terminal on the battery for the 10mins please. when you reconnect the battery, you may need to manually lock the doors with your key. lock the doors for 2mins then unlock the doors with key and then attempt to start the car.this should reset the alarm. hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya.com

Alarm sounded, car won't start

The same thing happened to me. After many hours of talking with dodge dealers, I found that you can do the following: 1) reconnect the battery; 2) Go to front passenger door and lock and unlock manually 3 times. This should turn the alarm off.

Security lights flashing after battery cable removal-no start

Anytime you disconnect and reconnect your battery, the factory alarm will arm upon reconnection and the truck will not start. You have to close your doors, then manually lock and unlock the door with your key. This should turn off the security system and you should be able to start the truck.
