2010 Volvo XC60. The blower climate control has no air blowing out, but blower works with jumper wire?

Number 1 tip, NEVER disconnect a battery. Always keep voltage to the ECM and Anti-Theft Immobilizer. You can use two wires, another battery or jump leads attached to the connectors. Even an MN1500 battery is enough power for 10 minutes.

Cars don't have a Reset Button. The My Car button has certains functions but doesn't reset the car. You don't tell us WHAT you are trying to do and that is always the most important bit. You car is older than the MY CAR feature.

a Volvo (must we guess"?) 2010 xc 60???? no air jumper-ed too?
if yes controls bad.
but with all blend door motors dead, air will flow.
there is no blower blocking door/damper ( but Filter)?
no air flows? means what?
hot air?
cold air?
either?
or no ambient air flows. or all.above.?

most cars have at least 3 dampers
MODE (direction)
hot cold, manual control.
recir'/fresh.

case in point, if hot core and AC core are dead
and blower spins you still get ambient cab air flow or fresh.
cab filter clogged up.
I need more facts to know what tests to do.

You reset it with the same Scan Tool that you use for the vehicle engine check light.

there is usually a press in clip each end of this type of configureation , so press the clips and slide apart

Take your vehicle to the dealer. This is a known issue having to do with the drain hose for the sunroof.

replace the climat control.(over the radio on the dash).

if the fan is blowing this could be a problem with the climate controll switch that changes the direction of air from floor to defrost to vents, some are vacuum controlled through a vacuum operated mechanism that opens and closes a door in the vents which redirects the air to different places.
