The tachometer was stuck on 8000 and when I started it the tachometer moved around and went to 0 then it wouldn't start!
Your engine has a cam timing belt. Check to see if that's broken or when it was last replaced. If broken, it will need to be replaced and the cams retimed to the crank shaft if possible. Your engine is an interference engine meaning the valves can hit the pistons if out of timing and this often happens with a broken cam belt, which means the engine may need replacing.
