I replace new fan belt and when I start the car and it seems like to start but dies out slowly.

Check to make sure you are TDC compression stroke on number 1 cylinder.

2000 mazda 626 driving down highway then just dies.. timing belt or fuel pump/filter?

By you saying the engine "Dies" I am going to assume it restarts.
If the timing belt failed the engine would not start again until the belt was replaced.
So it could be a fuel or electrical problem.

First look at this and make sure the plug wires are connected correctly. 3e7c3d3.png
If the plug wires are correct then it is obvious that the cam belt was installed incorrectly of a sensor was damaged during the installation. Take it back to the person who replace the belt and nicely demand they fix it.

tdc for crank and i seem to remember the cam timing marks are on the back of the cam,remove the rocker cover to check if iam right ,but look front bearing cap and beck one in case its the other end or for a flat on the back of the cam that must be horizontal

1-You might still have air in the system
2-when you start the car none of the fan should work about temp gauge 1/4 way up first fan should come on and about half way second one should come on.best way to check the second fan is to tern A/C on .second fan should come on .
