26rr th camper was plugged in for 3 weeks once I got home and disconnected from the truck the battery juice was around 9.6 volts. i had to re connect to the truck and start the truck up in order to get it off the hitch
You did not say what type of battery. Lead acid, ni-cad, lithium etc. All batteries have a service life and time, charging and heat as well as discharge cycles, shorten this life.. So consider the age, exposure to heat and whether or not they are constantly on charge mode and then decide if you need to replace them
Raise the hood to access the engine compartment. Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery.
