First you need to determine if it is a fuel problem or electrical problem. Using a fuel pressure tester will help. Secure it to your windshield so that someone can watch it and when it does take note of the pressure, You can also run a noid tester to see if the injectors are loosing current and a spark plug tester. Simple second, hook up a scanner and see what codes are present and what information you get when the engine dies.

My 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix was running just fine and I was leaving a cemetery and it just died that turns over it's got a brand new battery has a full tank of gas we've changed the relay fuse for the fuel...

Easy way to tell if it is the key, is the security light on? If so, you should be able to leave the key in the ON position for 15 minutes or so and get the car to relearn the key. If not, I suggest making sure that there is sufficient fuel pressure at the fuel rail and make sure that the fuel injectors are metering.

My 1999 grand prix stalls and dies at stops.

My Pontiac Grand Prix is also a 99, it has 216,+ thousand miles on it, it runs great, idles good, I need to replace the oxygen sensor tho as it shuts off on me while driving or sometimes coming to a stop. You might try checking the fuel filter and pump as well.

97' Pontiac Gran Prix Won't Stay running

Known GTP problem.

You most likely have a bad fuel pump resistor, which controls 2 speeds of the fuel pump.

To check to see if this is the problem, there is a trick you can do and its very easy to do. Go to the attached link, and bend the tab my finger is pointing at and then plug it back in. If your car starts and runs fine, well we just solved the problem.
