I have a 1992 Honda Accord I replaced cap and rotor, ignition control module, then a distributor with everything brand new in it and the ignition coil. Only get spark when we turn the key to the on position and to the off position. When it's cranking no spark. Also tested the main relay and that is fine. Any one have any ideas?

The ignition module is located inside the distributor and costs almost the same as a complete rebuilt distributor. It's usually best to replace the entire distributor on your Accord, to resolve a bad ignition module.
hondas of that era are notorius for bad distributors. they tend to fill with engine oil under distributor cap. i would check the distributor cap and rotor before replacment.
The igniter is a pretty common fix for this. It is the little module inside of the distributor that controls spark. It will have three wires on the top and one on the side. They usually recommend replacing the coil when you replace the igniter/module.
Ignition coil, transistor, rotor, distributor cap or other component in ignition circuit like ignition switch- may crank but no spark. In that order. Good luck.
