If this was in a basic workshop the flywheel would be as tight as you can reasonably pull with a 1/2 inch breaker bar, clutch pressure plate bolts with a 1/2 inch ratchet. Loctite the bolts. Tighten evenly across the bolts in sequence. If you really want to know hopefully someone will have a manual and sign in.

now look up , see that EPA sticker there, it tells what engines is there. and with that the FSM book shows all specs.

Hello , I 'm not sure what you have. The torque on my lawn mower flywheel is 45 ft/lbs. The torque on my semi tracfor flywheel is 285 ft/lbs, you choose.

The flywheel bolts call for 52 lb-ft, the pressure plate calls for 13 lb-ft. Tighten in a diagonal pattern, one or two times at a time until seated then apply the final torque.
