2005 Ford F-750 with Cummins 59 Allison won't start ignition.

My box truck won't start with turn off key in ignition. Transmission lights don't come on either. I've charged batteries. All fuses are good at TCM, battery and main power. Starter checked and it's good. I've jumped starter soleniod and truck runs but transmission lights still don't come on.

First make sure the battery is fully charged. Then check for clean battery post connections. Then check all the main fuses located in the plastic box under the hood close to the battery on top of the inner fender. You should have all dash lights if everything check out to this point and it should turn over with the key.

2005 Blazer key won't turn in the ignition

You may want to try to slightly push / pull your vehicle to take weight / tension off the transmission, which in turn will allow you to turn the steering wheel enough to see if the ignition switch can be turned.

If this is an automatic, make sure your lever is fully in park, if not this will cause a no start condition. if it is in park, you could have a faulty neutral safety switch or fault in ignition switch. Check the ignition fuses in your fuse compartment especially the one for ignition.

I have a 2005 Ford Explorer 4X4 it won´t

Disconnect the battery ground for 15 minutes then reconnect it and try to start the engine. Did you mean to say you activated the starter solenoid? If you did, was the ignition key in the on position. If you are getting fuel and spark it should have started. Also, try to start the engine with the transmission in neutral. Find the starter relay in the fuse box and swap it with another relay to see if that helps. Check all the fuses for a blown fuse.
