Describing this and doing this are definitely two different things. What is the vehicle doing to make you think it's the flywheel? It takes a crazy amount of abuse to damage a flywheel.
To change the flywheel you will need to unbolt the transmission from the engine and move it out of the way. Unbolt the clutch assembly from the flywheel face and then unbolt the flywheel from the end of the crank shaft.
This is NOT a job you can really do on your driveway as the transmission AND the flywheel are ridiculously heavy. The mount holes on the flywheel are also Not evenly spaced so it needs to be positioned exactly or the mount holes won't line up.

I believe the starter bendix damage the flywheel the starter not turning the flywheel. I can turn the engine with my hand and turn the key the engine will turn over until the bendix ring gear hit that damage spot on the flywheel the the engine stop turning do that sound like a damage flywheel?

Turn the engine by hand? I'm assuming your using a ratchet and socket to turn the crankshaft pulley bolt? Have you checked the teeth on the actual starter motor? The bendix itself may also been damaged. Flywheels are a Very heavy duty engine part and it take a Seriously savage amount of abuse to damage one. In general it is often the starter motor that fails first not the flywheel.
When you remove the starter motor, the hole it goes into gives you a small access hole to check the teeth of the ring gear that is fitted to the flywheel. Using a flashlight HAND crank the engine over CLOCKWISE. Look in this hole and look for any damaged teeth. If you have enough space to do it, slide a big long flat bladed screwdriver into the hole, slide it between 2 teeth and try to turn the flywheel. This helps check to see if the ring gear is slipping, I doubt that this is the problem.

I can't get the starter off I done remove 2 bolts how many bolts hold the starter on? do you have a video on this vehicle?

There are usually only 2 mounting bolts on a starter motor. If the starter motor has not been removed for years they can sometimes get stuck in place. Being a side mount set up you won’t be able to twist the starter to loosen it. You’ll have to rock it forward and back in the direction the vehicle travels.
Use a block of wood to hit the starter side to side. You can also use the wood block as a drift where you rest the wood block against the starter and hit the wood with a hammer. It might let go suddenly so consider putting one of the bolts back in loosely to act as a stopper.
As you pull on the starter try rocking the crank pulley a SMALL amount each way to see if the teeth are binding on the flywheel.

there is not enough room there to place a wood block against the starter i might can place the wood block against the starter solenoid will that work? i don't think the teeth is binding on the flywheel.

DON'T put it on the solenoid! You'll damage it. If you can get near the starter, from above or below, use a pry bar on the Body of the starter to gently lever it loose. As I've previously suggested loosely re-fit a bolt to stop the motor dropping off as it lets go You will only need to get it to move a small amount as you are loosening the dirt holding it in place.
This is one of those pain in the tailbone jobs where you need to spend a whole day trying different methods. With both of the bolts put back in so they are loose, you could try putting a strap or old belt around the body of the starter and pull. Leaving the bolts in stops it moving too far when it does let go suddenly.

How to replace a flywheel on a ford five hundred

Remove the inspection plate and undo the bolts attaching the torque converter to the flex plate Remove transmission If you are not familiar with that procedure give the job to a mechanic. Remove the clutch if not auto again know how to replace clutch pressure plate and clutch plate. Something tells me that the flywheel isn't stripped but the flexiplate has fractured as it is unusual for the teeth of the ring gear to be completely stripped. Moving on use an impact gun to undo the bolts holding on the flywheel/flex plate Installation is reverse to removal. But I recommend you have good advice handy to do this job

Vibration When Accelerating

Did you machine the flywheel? Because if you replace the clutch without machining the flywheel. The flywheel will have high and low spots on it. The new clutch is perfectly flat, and the old clutch was worn into the flywheel. Thus, vibration! I sincerely hope that I helped. Best wishes to ya.
