It is hard to repair. I assume that the base of hinge became unattached from either the chassis (hat shelf), or the trunk lid.In either case, welding is required. Furthermore, if your car is equipped with torque bars to keep lid open, instead of hydraulic bars, those are hard and dangerous to install.
open trunk and pull back cover remove three 8mm nuts and then with a plastic spoon place on outside of car between light and quater panel with a little pressure pry with spoon while pulling backwards on light assemble
