Hyundai Tucson shifting problem

2005 Hyundai Tucson GLS 4WD 2.7 AUTOMATIC. My car has been shifting oddly. One mechanic mentioned a Throttle Positive Sensor so I replaced it. fixed it for a few months. then it started again so we tried an output speed sensor. fixed it for a month. doing the same stuff again. I've got a mass air flow sensor on the way but it's been delayed. I put transmission fluid in today and tried driving on the Manuel side inside of in drive. The dash shows gear 2 then 3. Won't shift to 4. Sometimes it shows gear 1, shifts hard to 2nd, then never goes into 4. The car will jerk hard around 20mph at 3000rpms. Then it revs high after that. It's throwing the codes - po174 - po420 - po102 po720. But when I look these codes up there's multiple things they could mean. Please help!! The check engine light is on but has been since I bought it 2 years ago. The previous owner out a different used engine in it and the light never went out.

I would drain the trans fluid and flush, replace filter as well, then you know that that side of things is correct so won't be throwing any eronneos codes, don't forget to have the OBD codes cleared before starting engine again.

2005 Hyundai Tucson. Which fuse controls the actuator on my 05 Tucson please?

The fuse is in the engine compartment fuse box and is marked 'A/Con'. It looks like a Relay to me and as it doesn't have an amperage, my guess is that it is a relay. The different sites have slightly different variations, but the thing to check first is the relay. You mention 'heater coil', that is on the engine coolant circuit and only provides hot air. The AC compressor system has an 'evaporator' up in the dash and only supplies chilled air. I trust the AC job was done professionally with a Gas Recovery machine to create a moisture free vacuum before adding refrigerant gas. It can't be done at home. I wrote a Fixya Tip on it.

How do I go to four wheel drive in 2005 Hyundai Tucson

If your model has 4wd, the computer decides when it is needed.
There should be a button on the dash that will allow you to lock it into 4wd up to 30 mph.

2005 Hyundai Tucson alarm will go off while locked and in driveway. Will stop bleeping if key is in the ignition. Only does this occasionally not constantly. Clecked all doors, hood and tailgate.

make sure all doors are really closed and the door sensors are not falsely telling the alarm module that its open. if not then its the shock sensor in the alarm module acting up

4wd do not tuen on, Hyundai Tucson 2006, V6, G6BA, 4wd

Check the relay first then the fuse. If they are not bad then it might be that the switch is burned out after that it will be in the shift modulator for the 4 wheel drive. If it is the modulator then you will need a new one.

Hyundai tucson 2 liter crdi gear box sound its a manual transmission

Hi there, the Common Rail Diesel Inyection (CRDI) 2000 cc 112 Hp M/T have a big trouble on cluth plate, and sounds very loud between 1500 and 2000 rpm on 2,3,4 shift. That motor has too much torque and cause excesive wear in the cluth roll and plate so starts roominess in the cluth system. You could change those parts but quickly the sounds come again. Hyundai is the resposable of that damage. I hope in the near future recall the CRDI model 112 Hp and replace the cluth.
