The fireing order is ( 15426378 )and the fireing order for most engines is stamped on the intake #s located by each port or sometimes all the #s in a row by the distributor area. Now this is only applicable if it has original equip. intake not after market. Remember this distributor turns in counter clockwise direction. #1 cylinder comes up right on Top Dead Center. Locate timing mark on bottom pulley and turn up to TC/ 0 degree on indicator tab by the pulley. In top dead center your #1 piston should be at the top of it's compression stroke. This will give you the beginning point of your fireing order. This method is also used when replaceing a timing chain.
