What does low oil pressure on 2008 Chevy Impala 3.5 V6 LS

On the passenger side. Look at the wheel well and find the oil filter. The sending unit is just above it.

Where is the oil pressure sensor on a 2007 Impala LS 3500 V6?

I think it is located near the bottom of the oil pan on the back side, you will probably have to drain the oil but I'm not sure. That is where mine is located however mine is a 2000 Chevy Impala LS.
