Our 2008 pontiac torrent won't start,it ran fine all day yesterday until I turned off the ac ,started jerking/ hesatating so I pulled over and now it won't start any ideas?

The pump, ps pump. The shafts break they look fine , remove belt and pull out on the pulley , I replaced two of them for that reason ,
