The crankshaft pulley bolt is a normal thread so you will need to turn it Anti-clockwise to loosen it. These bolts are usually in VERY VERY tight. You will most likely need a powerful impact gun or a very long breaker bar to get the leverage to loosen the bolt.

Is the near side rear brake hub nut left or right hand thread on 2008 Suzuki swift 1.5 thanks'

Most hub nuts are usually standard thread but they can be fitted to a ridiculously high torque setting. This means they can be a ******* to get off. The torque is somewhere around 175Nm, (130ft lbs).
The last hub nut I had to deal with needed a seriously heavy duty breaker bar. A high range torque gun can also be effective.

I`m changing the water pump in my 1999 dodge ram 1500, but I can`t lose the fan nut that is attach to the water pump.please help.

Those fan nuts are just tough to get off, however it may have "left-hand" threads. If you can see any threads, look straight down at them...if threads are going "downhill" from right to left, then they are common right-hand threads, Lefty lucy-Righty tighty. However if the threads are going "downhill" from left to right, then they are left-hand threads, and you will need to turn the nut "clockwise" to loosen it. Hope this helps....let me know either way!!

Cant get the crankshaft pulley off

It's most likely right hand thread. You will have to use a large breaker bar to get enought leverage to remove this nut. Or you can use what ever you have and place a steel pipe on the end of it for extra leverage. If it doesn't budge, you may have to soak it in penetrating oil, and use an impact wrench. Make sure you remove the large washer under the nut "before" you remove pulley.
