2005 nissan armada changed pump and relay I was told the filter was in the pump is this true ?

I looked fuel filter for your vehicle in my database. 5.6L engine, fuel filter is park of fuel pump assembly. With your model year, I replace whole assembly. I don't know if you can replace filter separately?

Have you run OBD2 scan for fault codes ? What led you to change the parts you have so far ?

Are you certain that you have a fuel problem? What is the pressure at the fuel rail? Have you tested for spark? Some common sense trouble shooting will often keep you from wasting money on unnecessary parts.

Check all earths are clean & tight

Check you fuel pump relay. located on IPDM marked as ECM relay in the picture. Just change places of ECM RELAY and FOG LAMP relay and try to start. If it starts change the ECM relay. good luck

Recalibrate to the PCM

I would start by pulling the fuel pump fuse and starting the vehicle. This will get rid of the pressure on the fuel line. Once the vehicle will not start crank it over for about 10-15 seconds. Then the fuel filter is located under the brake booster on the drivers side. It has two hose clamps that hold it on. Remove the two hose clamps and replace the filter. Then install the fuel pump fuse. Turn the key to the on position and wait till you hear the fuel pump shut off. Turn the key off and repeat this step 3 times to build fuel pressure. Then you should be ready to go!

This is the fuel pump rather than its filter.
