either debris or latch / linkage damage /disconnect crawl into back with a flashlight and long screwdriver remove the plug in rear panel and use screwdriver to move latch release
There are no grease fittings on the 2010 GMC Terrain.
The only items you can apply a thin film of white spray lithium grease are the door, hood and rear hatch hinges.
What would have blown the fuse? A defective component? So fuse or not there is an issue in the system and a new fuse will just blow again. Check the owner's annual for fuse locations, if there is a separate fuse hen it will be listed there.

Lift up on the wiper assembly and slide the wiper blade off.
You will find there is no aftermarket blade refill that fits the 2010 Terrain. You will have to settle for a 12" refill.
Wiper blade or arm?
If you just need to replace the wiper blade it should just unclip from the arm. There is a small clip inside the blade if you look inside the arm as it loops around. Pry it inward to get it to snap out. Then just reinsert it the same way to reinstall
