Sorry to inform you, there is no relay, if there were, it would be located in the fusebox under the hood. It is your switch located on your column. You can hotwire it by finding a red wire on the connector and hooking to + 12 on battery.
Take it to someone else would be the easiest. On that engine you have to pull the intake. The starter is just under the intake. Not a hard job. I wouldn't call it a job for a beginner.
check battery voltage, if battery voltage is ok, you may need to check fuses under hood on passengers side, if start fuse is ok, you may need to have your starter replaced
check the resistor block; this resistor block controls the ground side of the fan motor, some caddys used a digtal display and on those the power relay also control power if was normaly found under the hood next to the wiper module some were under the dash.
