the seals should have been put onto the glass before replacing the glass onto the car, you may have to remove the glass again to put them on.... there is no way to just put the seals on after placing the glass in.

Someone wrote, jack your car up so that you can get to the starter, connect your red lead jumper cables to the starter and the black to any part of the frame for grounding. connect the other end to fully charged battery and it should work.
I have not tried this yet, but will keep in mind for future references.

I have seen this problem before. Frist thing is do you have a test light and seond thing is how comfotable are you with taking part of your dash apart? You might need a control unit in the upper portion of the instrument cluster.
