Power windows and the door locks don't work ? How do you know there is no power , did you use a voltmeter an test for battery voltage at the driver door switch connectors ?
Also ,do the other windows and locks work from the driver door switches ?
You may have a broken wire inside the door door flex boot , black rubber boot from the body to the drivers door , all the wires for door controls go through it . Orange wire is power to driver door switches

If the drivers side does absolutely nothing, there is a chance that power plug that goes into the door has come apart. There is a rubber boot that goes from the cab to the door, that is where the wires run. The power plug is usually right before the boot or right after.

The door locks on my 1999 tahoe stopped working and I checked the fuse, which was fine. The problem turned out to be that the fuse for my cigarette lighter was bad and for some reason it also must be working in order for the door locks to work. Put in a new cigarette lighter fuse and the door locks worked again!
