SOURCE: Brake rotors

Are there small retainer clips on the studs still? More than likely its just rust built up on the center hub. Take some sand paper to the center hub, as long as e-brake is released and caliper is off, it will come off. I'm not familar with the toyota sienna's but if they have internal drum e-brakes, I would back off the adjuster if they do.

SOURCE: 1994 Toyota pickup front brakes don't release

Well I don't think you'll need to buy parts,it sounds like there may be sludge built up between the master cylinder and the proportional valve to the front brakes.Pull the valve off(follow the line off the master cylinder and you'll find the valve)clean it and then flush/bleed the master cylinder before you reinstall,Then flush/bleed the rest of the system. There's a relly good chance that may be all you need to do,but you may need to pull the calipers and clean them also.Comment back if you need more help,Good Luck(To)Yotaguy

SOURCE: 2004 suzuki verona..where is bank 1 senor 1 located on the engine

This car has a transversely mounted straight six I believe, which is really unusual, but that means it only has one bank, so "bank 1, sensor 1" will be the upstream O2 sensor (between the engine and the cat) and "bank1, sensor 2" will be the downstream sensor (behind the cat).

SOURCE: stuck calipers

Brake lines are not releasing fluid back to master cylinder. Open bleeder and see if wheel will turn. If it does replace brake line to caliper

Removing rear rotors on a 2004suzuki verona

this is covered in the FSM, buy one.
or log in to alldata.com
or suzuki pit stop plug (google them )
read the brake chapter?
same as the front, it is, so never done brakes before, is that it?
the only uniqueness is step4
all steps work on most cars until step 4.

  1. jack it up, use stands
  2. wheel off
  3. calipers off, and tied up per FSM (they unbolt.....)
  4. remove secret bolt at rotor center. see it? at 7PM
  5. the plug at 11am , is for inserting a 8mm screw to force off stuborn rotor, seen on most suzuki's 92 to now.l
  6. now remove rotor.

2004 Verona: how to change the brake light bulb in rear...

I just replaced 2 break light bulbs in less than 10 minutes on my 04 Suzuki Verona.

First lift your trunk lid and go to whichever side that needs replacement. There was a pull down attachment that gives you access to the whole assembly.

When you have access to the assembly locate the 2 top bulbs which will be for the brakes. Turn the plastic piece which holds the bulb counter-clock-wise to get to the bulb.

Pull out old bulb(you may have to twist it slightly). I bought a replacement pack which came with 3 bulbs(#1157). Then insert new bulb into socket until firm.

Then put it back into the housing and turn clockwise to lock it in.

Then repeat the same process for the next bulb and your good to go!

If you are having any kind of difficulties with it your owners manual shows you how under bulb replacement.

I am getting a pulsing feeling from the front wheels when braking on my 2004 Chrysler Sebring. It feels like one or more of the rotors are warped. How do I replace the front rotors with new ones. Thanks.

If they are not worn beyond tollerance they can be machined on the vehicle.
Also make sure its not tyres or wheel bearings.

remove wheel
remove brake caliper( leave the hose connected)
remove centre cap
remove split pin and lock
unscrew bearing hub nut
rotor should come off
fit new bearing races in new rotor
grease new bearings
fit inside bearing and seal
refit rotor, outer bearing, washer, nut, lock, splitpin and centre cap
(tighten nut until no play in bearing plus 1\8 of a turn)
refit caliper and wheel
bleed and test brakes before driving
