Question about Ford Cars & Trucks

So I had to break out the ignition system on my 2004 Ford freestar I have bypassed it with a toggle switch but while breaking out the ignition system I accidentally damaged the anti-theft security sensor or whatever and now while jumping it from the relay I can get it to turn over I can still click it over and get you know everything to turn on and all that stuff but it just won't start am I able to just hardwire the fuel pump or I mean what do I do to fix this

The PATS on a 2004 Ford is integrated into the PCM. You need a functional PATS system and a valid transponder key.

Even if you successfully hotwire the fuel pump, the fuel injectors will not activate.

I just had this same problem with a '96 . do you have a vats key in your '94? you need to bypass the VATS system. read some of the blogs on this site and it will tell you how to do it. I fixed mine with a $2 resistor from radio shack.

If you hear the relay click, but no pressure at all then it would be the fuel pump needing replacement

Yes you have a problem with the theft system. Have you tried a different key? It has a transponder system.
