Want to drain dieseltank on NP200 Nissan - got petrol in by mistake

How much petrol did you put in? First DO NOT START the vehicle! Diesel floats on top of the petrol so the fuel pump will pull the petrol through first not diesel. Petrol will damage the fuel pump and other parts of the fuel system.
The simplest answer is to remove the fuel tank, remove the fuel pump and flush the entire system.

Missing petrol cap

Most drivers have done this before...:) As you refer to the gas cap as a "petrol cap", you must be from Europe? Factory replacement caps are available at most auto parts stores. Locking caps are optional. These are specifically vented, so it is best to ask the parts rep for the correct model for your car...About $10 US dollars:) You can also find your cap on line "Auto Parts" ...Hope this helps.

Petrol put into diesel car now it wont start

Drain all the petrol on your tank and so on the injection pump by pumping it. Open or loosen small tube going into the engine from the injection pump, to drain all petrol.

Make sure that petrol are remove from the engine fuel system, change fuel filter also. After removal bleed the engine.

I mistakingly put some diesel in my petrol swift

You don't say how much diesel you put in or how much petrol was in tank in the first place. If the amount of diesel is less than 5 % of the total then you may try filling tank with petrol and keep topping up to dilute the diesel. The best fix would be to drain fuel tank completly and refill with petrol. If tank has a drainplug , this will be easy but if no drain plug you will have to remove tank from vehicle to empty it.

Water comes out of the exhust plus a putt putt nosie when car is runing

A putting sound from the exhaust is usually indicative of an exhaust valve leaking.
This was very common a few years back when unleaded petrol was first introduced and people were putting low octane petrol into cars that really needed four or five star petrol.
The lower octane petrol would burn the valve seats causing them to leak.
Go to a garage and get a compression test done, that will tell you straight away which cylinder is causing the problem.
As for the water, water is a natural by product of petrol combustion and is usually noticeable when the engine is cold.
It is possible that your putting sound and the water are one and the same fault, you could have a cracked cylinder head that is leaking coolant into the cylinder that has the leaking valve.
Time to take it to a garage for analysis.
