Where is my block heater located in 2008 ford escape ?

block heaters are aftermarket so there isn't a specific location for that vehicle, However i can tell you that they are usually located in a freeze plug hole in the side of the block. if you look at your engine block just above your oil pan you will see several circular plugs, one of the plugs will have two prongs sticking out of it, and that will be where your plug connects. good luck.

If your car has a cord, you will see it in one of the front plugs or you will find it wounded up behind the bumper or top of the fuse compartment.

Where is the heater control valve located on my 2002 ford escape v6?

I don't show a heater control valve for your truck. It should have a blend door under the dash that controls air flow thru the heater core.

Where is the block heater cord

if installed properly, it should be accesible from the front without opening the hood. Check the grille area, or just under the bumper. If you are sure there is one installed - (not a factory option) look on the side of the engine block for a wire similar to this...

It is installed into the engine core drain plug.

Block heater

Do you mean the Heater core ? If that is what you mean. It is under the dash just inside where 2 hoses from the inside of the engine compartment go right into the car on the firewall at the back of the engine. Those hoses have to be hot when the engine has been running hot.So be careful. If they are not hot, no hot water is passing through to the heater core.
