Speed 1 is the slowest speed indicating there is a supply, the motor is working and the dropper resistor, in part at least, is ok. This is unusual as when there is a heater blower motor problem it is usually the highest speed remaining, indicating the common problem of a failed dropper resistor.

In your case I would check the switch first and the connections to the motor.

The blower motor resistor is the component directly responsible for controlling the blower motor fan speed. If the resistor shorts or fails, it may cause the blower motor to remain stuck on one fan speed.

Ford fiesta ajar light stays on and central lock not working

The central locking will not work when a door is open. find the door which is ajar and fix the door switch. Could be a stuck switch (either open or shut) May just need a whack with a soft faced hammer on the door frame. Don't hit it too hard you could dent the panels.
