Dont quote me on this i do not know location of every part on every make of vehicle on the market There will be a fuse with a special engine sort of symbol which can vary from make and model to different years of manufacture but no relay ,could very likely have a relay for the fuel pump but the injectors then no as each one is worked from the computer .
new cars have so many engine sensors built in that they automatically adjust from one type of fuel to another.
premium fuel usually has a higher octane rating which should give slightly more power, but most people will never notice the difference while driving the car as the difference is quite small.
switching from one type of fuel to another should certainly not harm the car in any way.
the fuel rail is the metal line hooked to the injectors that is fed by the fuel pump
now as for the code it set it can be caused by a weak fuel pump or a bad fuel regulator or a clogged fuel filter i would start by changing the fuel filter
