Fuse 27 isn't used in this car (diesel only) #36 controls the blower and A/C clutch also fuse #55 is a 40 amp fuse that controls the relays. Find the A/C relay and remove it, use a short jumper wire and jumper terminal/cavity no's 30 and 87 and the A/C clutch should kick in do the same for the blower relay. Just so you know you can check any relay by jumping #30 and #87. I hope this helps. Take care. If you have more questions use comment for a faster reply

the main relay may need to be replace. is the car hot inside on a hot day , and when you air out the car to cool inside temperture, it starts.

did you already plug your cell phone charger to see if it getting any power .. if you get power then its the lighter itself please responed........

Did you look under the cover in the fuse box. Most manufactures place it there. If not it will also be in your owners manual.
