Fuse 27 isn't used in this car (diesel only) #36 controls the blower and A/C clutch also fuse #55 is a 40 amp fuse that controls the relays. Find the A/C relay and remove it, use a short jumper wire and jumper terminal/cavity no's 30 and 87 and the A/C clutch should kick in do the same for the blower relay. Just so you know you can check any relay by jumping #30 and #87. I hope this helps. Take care. If you have more questions use comment for a faster reply

Thank you so much. Brother found a YouTube video so I have to check the relay for the ac clutch. But any jumping brother would do. I'll blow up the car lol. Thank you again. So helpful or I would have put #27 in.

Did you look under the cover in the fuse box. Most manufactures place it there. If not it will also be in your owners manual.

Reversed the boost

you (at the least ) blew 1 or many fuses,
you do that and risk blowing up a fortune on electronics.
its not 60 Chev, that is so forgiving...

fuses: (ijm at looking)
fuse 19, 80amps engine bay fuse box. bam?
are the head lights dead, they work all the time, even keys in pockets.
are they part of nothing.
then... that means... fuse 19 is bad.
open the fuse box in the engine bay see those.
they will all be dead, and 19 toast.
i just use a voltemeter to find which are blown.
starting there, then working to the cab box.
12v good
0v bad, key on

Dash light doesn't work

Check fuses for dash light / instrument display. If the fuse is good, you may want to check if stereo share an illumination wire with dash. You may have broken the connection behind stereo.

One by one, all power windows stopped working in my 96 honda civic lx. How do you determine if it is a fuse, regulator???

If all the power windows stopped working it is most likely the fuse. There could be 2 fuses actually. One under the dash in the interior fuse panel and 1 under the hood in the fuse box normally located next to the battery or air filter box. Check all fuses and you should find the problem.

2000 honda civic Brake lights do not work

Did U use the bulb contact/grease **** that autozone & advanced auto always try to sell ya? If so, any more than a VERY VERY light smear, will keep thre from being contact between the socket and bulb. OR >> sometimes the 'wrong bulb' can do that and even convince you that your cars computer is haunted or something. OR >> . I'm sure yo checked your fuses? Both fuse boxes, (or some vehicals have even more, BUT...???) While your with the fuses, use a multi meter to check them. Sometimes they look good and then actually they arent. OR >>>> I've have one of the million metal plates, laid one on top of the other to make thew circuits within the fuse box. Don't let anyone solder a fuse in there. Its easy enough to staighten them out again. Just be careful not to drop them, or mix them up.
Good luck - Jeanebop

I had a simialar problem with a Chryser crossfire, I checked the fuses and replaced the globes, even to the extent of pulling out the whole headlight. I rechecked the fuses and found that there were seperate fuses for left and right, I kicked myself because the right had blown. just check it again, also I have in the past bought a new globe that was faulty, use a circuit tester to test the plug to be sure. Good luck
