You have a broken spinner. Take hte motor cover off and look on the opposite side of the motor. there will be a partof the spinner wheel there. I have yet to find a way to short cirut the connectors nor a replacement wheel.

I wouldn't think the PCM/ECM is the problem , hesitation at about 40 mph and 60 mph.. Something in the ignition system is breaking down causing a misfire or maybe TPS - throttle position sensor , these wouldn't cost to much. The dealer should be able to find the problem . An usually lights Flickering could be loose connection , high resistance in the circuit. Fixing Strange Auto Electrical Problems

92 honda accord hesitates when warm up and stop and the car is in drive but it doesn't do it when car in park.

stalls? explain all conditions it stalls.
ever give it a tuneup. last 60k, service? or last decade?
after its tuned up, we can fix hesitate.

My 1990 Geo prizm hesitates when I step on the gas and sometimes dies when I slow down or stop. It hesitates when I step on the gas after being stopped and I have to "feather" it to keep it from stalling...

My truck wouldn't start this morning. It would crank and try to start but wouldnt after looking a few things i noticed the hose from the pcv valve was kinked and stopped up. i fixed it and it started but...

Actually a PCV valve or positive crankcase ventilation valve is something that if clogged or disconnected could cause a driveability problem. But, in my experience it doesn't cause a 'no start' condition by itself. I think that something else was wrong with the engine that caused it not to start at that point in time.
