There are a couple of things to check. Linkage, control arms, idler arms, inner and outer wheel bearings, warped rotors, tire misalignment etc...

Clicking noises are usually traced to the Constant Velocity joints (CV joints). Look at the rubber boots, one on each side. If the rubber boots are worn or have holes, you are heading for CV trouble. Sometimes just replacing the boots and re-lubricating the CV joints solves the problem. If the joins are worn, you could be looking at $500 or so each to replace.

SOURCE: 2000 Hyundai Sonata front end wobbles.
put the front tires on the back and see if it changes.
alot of times,if the suspension is defective it wears the tires uneven ,out of round.
check and make sure the wheel nuts are tight and torqued properly.
alot of techs use just the gun,and not a torque stick and overtighten the wheel nuts.
SOURCE: replace front wheel bearings
Its pretty simple.
1. take off wheel
2. take off brake caliper, caliper bracket, and rotor.
3. remove axle nut which secures axle into the bearing
4. should be 3 bolts on the flange which hold the whole wheel bearing/hub unit on.
5. reverse for reassembly
The wheel hub and bearing are all one assembly and are bout as a unit.
