Are there any engine codes? If so repair the problem. A leaky fuel regulator will allow the fuel rail to lose pressure making it to take longer to start. Wnen it finally starts does it blow black smpke out of the exhaust? If it does, then you may have injectors that are leaking into the intake manifold
flooding the system.
Testimonial: "no there are no codes, Yes it does blow black smoke out so would i need to replace all of the injectors out?"

Check the vacuum line on the pressure regulator to see if the diaphram is ruptured. It would have fuel in it. Does the engine run rough for a few minutes after you restart? If so locate the cyinnder that misses. Also you may try removing all the plugs after running the truck and disconnect the dist wire connections so that the plug wires will not spark, watch the plug holes to see if any spit fuel.
