Most newer vehicles use a multifunction switch. Also known as a combination switch. Both the turn signals and emergency lights use this switch When the 4 way are on then the turn signals will not work. Work the hazard switch back and forth several times to see if connections will improve.

Might be a faulty hazard switch but bear in mind computerised vehicles often use unconventional circuits and so troubleshooting must begin with a circuit diagram.

Turn signal problems, and diagnosis can get confusing. Especially when a system shares wires and connections with the parking, warning, and braking light systems.
Most common problem sources include bulbs, wires, connectors, fuses, flasher units, and switches. So the average car owner can troubleshoot these faults with the use of a test light and, sometimes, a digital multimeter (DMM).
When dealing with any vehicle electrical circuit fault, it's a good idea to have the repair manual for the particular vehicle make and model you'll be working on. It helps you identify not only wires and components and their related connections, but how to access, troubleshoot and replace components, as necessary.
Furthermore, sometimes it is necessary to access the turn signal switch. You'll have to remove covers and, possibly, the steering wheel. If your vehicle has airbags, it is necessary to disable the passive restraint system (airbags) before working around the switch to prevent accidentally hitting an inertia sensor that may activate the airbags.
Always follow the instructions and warnings in the repair manual for your particular model to prevent an accident. Haynes manuals are popular and practical maintenance and troubleshooting guides. Get the one for your car make and model.
To make troubleshooting easier, this guide is divided into the most common types of turn signal system failures, troubleshooting procedures, and tips to guide you toward the potential fault much faster. Just look for the section heading that describes your particular problem.

SOURCE: Driver side signals only work when headlights are OFF

What may have happened is either the headlights wiring or the parking lights wiring somewhere along the wiring fused to the left turn signals wiring. Depending on if the turn signals go on when you put the parking lights on or the headlights on.

If the signals come on when you turn on the headlights than you only need to locate the light green wire that comes off the left turn signal harness.

Next follow that wire the entire way back to the firewall looking for another wire fused to that wire as you go.

If there are no signs of this you need to continue looking on the other side of the firewall all the way back to the turn signal and hazard flasher unit which is a black box that connects to a black harness located next to a grey harness behind the knee bolster.

But if the signals come on when you turn on the parking lights than you will also need to check the wiring from the rear left signal and follow that light green wire all the way back to the turn signal and hazard flasher unit.

This should fix your problem, but if not than your problem may lay within the the wiring between the turn signal/hazard switches and the turn signal and hazard flasher unit.

Also you may have a burnt circuit in the junction block. This block is where the light green from the rear left signal and front left signal meet. Don't have a description but if you cannot find it let me know and I will go out to the yard and look myself and let you know.

Passenger side front turn signal/DRL do not work.

Dear Alex,
The problem is in the bulb, or the socket, or the wiring to these.
Whenever a turn signal flashes fast, know that one of the bulbs is not working.
You have already identified the problem as being the front one. Problem could be the hot wire, or the ground wire, or the ground connection to this bulb.
Start by taking a tester to the hot wire, and see if it is receiving electrical impulses when the turn signal is on.
( It probably is, unless the car has been in a wreck and has been improperly repaired.)
Then check the socket or the wires to is and see if the bulb is grounded.
I suspect the ground is defective, and either a new socket or a repair to the ground wire should fix you rights up.
God bless your efforts.

Blinker do not work it lights up but do not blink

The Flasher Relay is defective. Replace it. Know that your car has 2 Relays. One for the Turn Signals and one for the Hazard Lights. The Turn Signal flasher relay is located on the driver's side, under dash, behind instrument panel, mounted on passenger side of steering column. The Hazard Relay is located on the driver's side, under dash, driver's side of steering column, mounted in lower corner of fuse block. Make sure you replace the correct relay.
