Take it to a repair shop and have them fix/replace all broken parts. In some cases the may just replacre the entire steering column. Hope you have good insurance.

SOURCE: i have an 03 nissan altima engine makes loud clicking noise

1st check the the oil level and the vehicle's oil type.(owners manuel) 5w30-10w30
10w 30 is a thicker oil and could possibly be causing this.(Moves more freely through the engine heats the oil)

What is the drive cycler for a 1999 nissan altima

I don't think anybody understands what you mean by drive recycler ..

Try putting the key in the ignition and turning it on - leave it for a few minutes. Repeat the process a few times. Your onboard computer may 'relearn' .. and not display check lights.

Try turning the ignition on/off a few times. This sometimes does the trick.

If you know somebody with an OBD - the handheld diagnostic machine - ask them if they can connect it to your car and reset all warning lights

2004 nissan altima key code

You have to take it to the dealer to get the new key programmed. Try holding the old key near the ignition switch and see if it will start. That way at least you could drive it to the dealer instead of paying for a tow truck.
