Nowhere did you say you had checked the motor power supply - the typical heater motor circuit supplies the motor with power and provides a ground through the switch via the resistor for lower speeds and direct for high speed.
With late model fully computerised cars, switching duties are usually carried out by a black box at commands from the dashboard switch. Sometimes the circuits are unconventional which is why a circuit diagram is very desirable before troubleshooting.
Did you test control switch -connections and wiring

Nope! Haven't got to it yet...been waitin on you guys...guess nuthin is free...
SOURCE: Blower motor stopped working
most common is the blower motor resistor or "module" going out. but if you have 12volts to the resistor the motor should work on "HI" but not on any other speed. if it doesnt work at all, you might have a bad motor. just to be safe id replace both. neither one is too hard to replace. three 5/16" bolts for the motor and two 5/16" for the resistor they are both under the glove box
SOURCE: blower motor does not work
I had the same problem, replace, replace, replace. Check, check and recheck. What I found was the blower motor resistor, located in the blower squirrel cage area, two prongs and a curly wire, was bad. Took the new one back, (it ohmed out okay, continuity ok, all ok!) replaced it with another, and Bingo, problem solved. Frustrating to say the least. After two relays and a blower switch, and test, test and retest. It was a faulty resistor. Made in Mexico. And no guarentee, even though new, it works. Trial and error. Even the dealer parts are Honcho en Mexico. Thanks NAFTA. You gonna make us all welfare babies.

Welcome to Fixya
There is a fuse box/relay under the hood. Check the box if there are blown fuse and relays that you need to replaced.

Its
faulty blower motor resistor. The low and medium speed on blower motor is
controlled by resistor and its actual speed is high. So because resistor is not
working, blower motors actual speed which is high is working.
It
can be faulty blower motor or faulty blower motor resistor. Get the blower
motor inspected. If it's faulty it has to be replaced.
