P0302-cylinder #2 misfire detected
P0420- catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 1
P0340-No cam signal at PCM.
The Cam sensor most likely needs to be replaced first. Clear the codes after that and drive and see what comes back on.

I'am not sure if you can retrive the codes without a scanner on cars 95 and up, but if you can hears how to do it, get a paper clip unfold it so you have 2 strate ends , take 1 end plug it in the last port to the right and the other end in the port next to it and turn the key to the on position, chk. engine light will come on and start to blink, if not keep moving the last one you pluged in to the next one and so on until it does, than you simply count the blinks, for example 1 blink than a paus then 2 blinks right together that would be a 12. but remember unless you got a book to desifer the codes it just as easy to take it to auto zone or any auto parts store and have it scaned for free.
SOURCE: CHRYSLER CONCORDE WITH DIAGNOSTIC CODES P1768 AND P1792
P1768 MEAN TRANSMISSION RELAY ALWAYS OFF..WAS UNABLE TO FIND P1792..IF PROBLEM STARTED AFTER HEADS WERE DONE..LOOK CLOSELY AT AT ENGINE MAIN WIRING CONNECTORS AND GROUND CONNECTIONS THAT ARE ON ENGINE..LOOK FOR GROUND EYELETS NOT SECURED OR LOOSE..LOOK FOR ANY PINCHED WIRING AS WELL..MAKE SURE NO SPREAD TERMINALS IN CONNECTORS AS WELL..YOU CAN ALSO TRY SWAPPING ANOTHER RELAY IN PLACE OF TRANS CONTROL RELAY..MAKE SURE PART NUMBERS MATCH UP..
TCM(NGC)PIN 16 IS TRS T3 SENSE CIRCUIT..PIN 17 IS NOT USED...HAS TO DO WITH TRANS RANGE SENSOR..I DON'T THINK THIS CAUSING YOUR PROBLEM..

These are all the definitions for your codes.
It's hard to give an exact cause for these codes because of there are a number of different items that could cause these.
The first one could be caused by Incorrect camshaft timing,
VCT solenoid valve stuck open or continuous oil flow to piston chamber,
Camshaft advance mechanism binding, or faulty VCT unit,
The others are most likely bad sensors.
I wish I could be more help but it's difficult to trouble shoot this kind of problem without having the vehicle here in front of me.
Good luck

Probably not water pump. Engine is notourious for vapour lock.
Cooling system must be blead of air before thermostat will work. Cool bottom rad hose is a dead give away. If you are still watching this forum reply , and I will walk you through the only way I know how to make it work properly. It's actually easy if you do it my way. I have worked on lots of cars , and this engine was the hardest to bleed out. Did one Yesterday , and works perfect.
